Further Information: Dysis was born into a poor family, which was having a very hard time in life. After only a year of caring for their child, they made a tough decision, and decided to give him to an orphanage. This orphanage would be his home for a large portion of his life now. He was a blond child with a small build and emerald green eyes, so he was considered very handsome, however, he grew up to be quite an introvert, with little interest in the world around him. This led to him not really being interesting to those looking to adopt, and thus he spent ten years of his life at the orphanage.

         However, Dysis was special. He had been chosen by the shadows to be one of their champions, which was something that he had yet to become aware of. On his final day at the orphanage, his gift began to awaken.

         A small group of bullies had been picking on him for months, making fun of him because he had been in the orphanage for so long. They pulled him out into the yard where nobody would see, and began to beat on him, deciding to teach him a lesson for not listening to them obediently. The doubled him over in pain, and as he fell to the ground they began to kick him relentlessly. As he began to slip into unconciousness, something inside of him roared awake. That was when he lost conciousness. When he came to, he was in the office of the Orphanage's headmaster, and a man in a black cloak with blue-black hair and navy-blue eyes was sitting near him. The man smiled to him and introduced himself as a member of a school for the gifted, pulling up a mirror to reveal Dysis' appearance. Dysis was shocked.

         His hair had changed color, becoming a blue-black color, matching that of the man next to him, and his eyes were a darker blue than even his. The man informed him that he was to be taken to the school, in order to learn to control this power. What would the future hold for him, he wondered to himself then...
